启曜生物PMO BIO
启曜生物是一家深耕类器官技术研发与应用的创新型生物技术企业,由发育生物学家、干细胞生物学家林鑫华教授领衔创立。作为国家首批"千人计划"海外高层次引进人才,林教授现任遗传工程国家重点实验室主任、粤港澳大湾区精准医学研究院(广州)执行院长、复旦曹娥江创新中心主任,其深厚的学术积淀为企业的技术发展注入核心动能。
依托顶尖科研团队的前沿探索,公司已建立覆盖肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结肠癌、胶质瘤等20余种肿瘤的类器官构建技术体系,并持续完善多组织类型类器官样本库建设。通过自主研发的新型胞外基质材料,公司突破性实现了肿瘤类器官的免疫微环境、间质网络及血管系统的三维重构,使模型在组织结构、代谢特征及细胞信号传导等方面高度仿真人体真实肿瘤,为癌症机制研究和药物开发提供更精准的体外模型。
在技术创新层面,启曜生物构建了从类器官建模鉴定、疾病模型开发到基因编辑的全流程技术平台,结合自主搭建的高通量药物筛选系统,显著提升新药研发效率和候选药物评估准确性。目前,公司已形成"技术创新-模型构建-药物筛选"三位一体的服务体系,可为科研机构及药企提供涵盖类器官平台建设、标准化样本资源库构建、自动化药物测试等领域的整体解决方案,持续推动精准医学在肿瘤治疗领域的实践转化,致力于为人类疾病研究和生命健康事业贡献创新力量。
